Primary and/or Guarantor must show proof of 3.0 x income to rent ratio

It is recommended that all applicants select the VERIFY WITH BANK option for better screening and qualification.

Selecting PAY STUBS option will require current three (3) months of employment history/stubs

Credit/Criminal:

Unsatisfactory credit scores may result in conditional approval and require an additional deposit/fee

Criminal background checks are required.
