APPLICATION CRITERIA

We run  a complete background check on each applicant over the age of eighteen (18) years old that includes credit, criminal, income verification, and prior landlord history. Any evictions would result in an automatic denial. In terms of credit, we look at the entire picture as opposed to just the credit score, but in general, we do require a score over 550. Each applicant is required to supply current proof of income, a copy of government issued photo ID (driver's license, passport,etc.) and a $150 non refundable application fee. We reserve the right to evaluate individual circumstances to make a final decision.
