RENTAL REQUIREMENTS:

Income- must be 2.5 times the monthly rent.  (Example: $1,000 rent – Income must be $2,500 per month).

Credit- approval is required. Additional deposits may apply.

Criminal background- must be free from felonies and most misdemeanors.

Rental History- 1 year of verifiable Rental History.

4.) $350.00 non refundable pet fee (if applicable)

5.)  Security deposit based on approval. 

        - Approved applicants, security deposit equal to one month's rent

        - Conditional approval, security deposit equal to 1.5 or two month's rent depending on verifiable rental history
