Application Fee:

• $85.00 per adult and is non-refundable 
• Fee is paid through the online application

Qualifications:

• Clean credit  / No collections
• Current proof of income 
• Combined gross income equal to at least 3 times the rental amount
• Clean criminal background
• 3 years of clean and verifiable rental history
• No prior eviction filings or late rent payments
• Housing vouchers not accepted

When Approved:

• The security deposit, equal to one month’s rent,  must be paid in full in order to hold a property.
• Leases will be emailed for review and signatures.
• There is a $125.00 lease administration fee due on or before day of move in

 

Application must be cancelled within 24 hours of receipt of security deposit for deposit to be refunded.
