APPLICATION CRITERIA

Credit: 520 or higher (a low score may require a double security deposit)

Income: at least 2.5 times more (gross income) than the monthly rent. 

Residential History: Past 3 years in good standing

No excessive collections on credit history. No evictions within the past 5 years.

Employment and income will be verified, and criminal background will be checked.

***If you meet most of these qualifications, you can still be approved with a double security deposit pending the landlord's approval.***
