Applications will only be considered and processed AFTER these 3 criteria have been met. Then all applications will be processed on a first come first served basis. 

1) The applicant or the applicants representative has physically been shown the property both inside and out by an RPM representative. 

2) Submission of all completed applications: including all NON REFUNDABLE application fees and required information for all individuals over 18 years of age who will be residing at the property.

3) Applicant agrees to take possession of the property within 2 weeks of the date of the application submission.
