APPLICATION CRITERIA
  • Gross income must be 3x monthly rent. As evidence by pay stubs or tax returns. We require consistency, so income needs to be for that amount for at least 6 months.
  • Credit score above 600. 
  • No evictions. We have a zero tolerance policy for eviction regardless of when it may have occurred.
  • No criminal background related to violence, theft, or drugs.
  • Great landlord references.
