APPLICATION CRITERIA

Please read the following rental application criteria carefully. In order to maintain fairness and equality, all applicants are held to the same standards.

 

Employment History

  • Applicants must have a minimum of two years of steady employment. Temporary or intermittent employment may not meet this requirement. We ask for employment records to verify this information.

 

Income Requirements

  • The applicant’s monthly income must be at least three times the monthly rental amount. Proof of income in the form of recent pay stubs, bank statements, or tax returns may be required.

 

Eviction History

  • We do not accept applicants who have been evicted within the past five years. We require rental history or other supporting documents to verify this information.

 

Lease Term

  • We require a two-year lease term for all applicants. Shorter lease terms are not currently offered.

 

Background and Credit Check

  • A comprehensive background and credit check will be conducted for all applicants. This includes verifying identity, creditworthiness, and criminal history. Applicants with severe negative findings may be rejected.

 

Application Process

  1. Submission: Please complete our rental application form, providing all necessary information and documentation as per the criteria listed above.
  2. Review: Once received, we will review your application. This involves a background and credit check, and verifying your employment history and income.
  3. Decision: You will be notified of our decision as soon as it has been made. If you meet all the criteria, we will then proceed with the leasing process.
