A $45.00 application fee is required for all all applicants. Everyone ages 18+ who will be living in the unit must complete an application.  

Application fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and will not be returned for any reason. 

Credit and criminal background checks are conducted once applications and application fees are received. 

You must provide your photo ID, 2 pay stubs or tax returns to show income. 

Once approved you have 24 hours to pay your security deposit and sign you lease otherwise the unit will stay on the market for rent.
