Rental Criteria - All occupants 18 and over must complete an application. All applicants must submit to a credit and background check and applicants gross (before tax) combined income must be 3 times the amount of the monthly rent. All income must be 3rd party verified. We cannot accept "under the table" income or unemployment income. Applicants must submit 4 most recent paystubs and government issued ID wtih your application. Application fee is $50 per person and is non-refundable.
