APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS ARE AS FOLLOWS:

*Household Gross Monthly Income needs to be at least 3 times the rent amount

*FICO score of at least 620;

-Between 619 and 580 MAY be considered with a DOUBLE DEPOSIT

*No Evictions

*No Bankruptcy

*No violent felonies

*No outstanding balances with another rental company

*No outstanding utility bills

*No outstanding payday advance loans

*No accounts in collections

*Upon Approval Renters Insurance will be required

Documents Needed for Application

●3 months of most recent pay stubs and 3 months complete bank statements

-self employed applicants will need the 2 most recent tax returns

-may request a current profit and loss statement for company and/or owner distribution stubs

●3 years of residential rental history, landlord's name and contact information

●1 year most recent Tax Returns

●Proof of Section 8 Voucher size / amount

●Proof of any extra income that you report on your application
