Minimum Requirements

• Credit over 500 for all applicants.
• No major collections; Medical and student debt is ok.
• No violent misdemeanors or felonies in the last 7 years.
• No evictions in the last 3 years.
• Household income must equal 2.5 times the rent amount.

The application fee is $50/person over 18, anyone over 18 needs to apply.
