Background and Credit score will be reviewed for each applicant - credit score preference is >600.

There will be a $20 application fee charge for each applicant over the age of 18.

Income verifcation will be conducted by our third party affilates SNAPPT and must be able to meet 2.5 net monthly rent.

Cats and dogs can be accepted at some properties - see Listing details. 

All Pets/Support Animals will go through a screening process through a 3rd party - PetScreening - additional rent charge will apply based on screening results.

Tenant must have Renter's Insurance/Liability Insurance Policy.
