Background and Credit score will be reviewed for each applicant - credit score preference is >620.

There will be a $20 application fee charge for each applicant over the age of 18.

Income verification will be conducted must be able to meet 2.5 times NET monthly rent.

Tenant must have Renter's Insurance/Liability Insurance Policy.
