APPLY FREE! Gross Income must be about 2.5 times the monthly rent amount
1+ Years of acceptable verifiable rental history & income
Everyone 18+ years must apply
No evictions or criminal history
Occupancy limits are strictly enforced
Small dogs under 45 LB may be considered for an additional $55 monthly pet rent, and $395 Pet administration/inspection fee. Cats are not permitted.
