All applicants must provide proof of income equal to three times the monthly rent, two years good rental history, no prior evictions or outstanding rental debt, and are subject to a criminal background check. Application fee is $40 per person over the age of 18.

Pets are welcome, but there is a limit to 2 pets maximum per household, and pets may not weigh over 20 lbs.
