A2Z Real Estate Management reviews several crtieria for each applicant. Please note our rental application criteria varies by property. We review all the following criteria:

• Total monthly income, sudsidy, or voucher must equal 2-3X desired unit's monthly rent
• 1-2 yrs of positive rental history (only required for certain properties)
• Background screening conducted (leasing followup required)
