Before applying, please note that applicants must meet the following criteria to qualify for our rentals:

• Income of at least 2.5× the rent. *Based on net income after taxes (not gross pay)*
• Verifiable job and rental history for the past 2 years
• No evictions within the past 3 years
• No major criminal history or individuals listed on a sex offender registry 
• Credit score of 560+
• Move-in date must be within 16 days of submitting application
• Dogs and Cats welcome. Depending on the unit size, only one pet may be allowed
• Without proof of income or rental history, cosigners, additional deposits and/or pre-paid rent may be requested
