APPLICATION CRITERIA

Before applying, please review the minimum qualification standards to be considered for our rentals:

  • Income of at least 2× the rent. Net income after taxes (not gross pay)
  • Verifiable job and rental history for the past 2 years
  • No evictions within the past 2 years
  • No major criminal history or individuals listed on a sex offender registry 
  • Minimum credit score of 500
  • Move-in date no longer than a month within submitting application
  • Dogs and Cats welcome. Depending on the unit size, only one pet may be allowed
  • SECTION 8 VOUCHERS ACCEPTED

When income, employment, rental history, or credit requirements are not fully met, we are willing to consider qualified co-signers.
