Thank you for your interest in applying for one of our properties. The below bullet points describe our application process.  

1. Navigate to the GMPS Current Listings page and find your desired property.
2. Click Apply on the bottom right of the listing header.
3. Fill out the application in its entirety. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed or accepted.
4. Email 2 months of income verification to apps@gmpsllc.com. Income verificatoin can be provided via paystubs, bank statements or other documents showing employer, date, and income amount. If sending pictues please make sure all information is clearly visible.
5. Each applicant aged 18 years or older must complete a separate application.
6. A $30 application processing fee is due with each application prior to submission.
7. Once approved, a reservation fee will be requested in order to stop marketing the property to other applicants until a lease can be fully executed. The reservation fee will be credited to the security deposit total upon completely executing a lease. If the lease is not fully executed and the applicants no longer plan to occupy the property for any reason, applicants hereby forefeit their right to a reservation fee refund.
