Approval Guidelines for Applicants
Before you apply for a lease, please read the following information concerning the approval process. If you have questions, please contact us before applying.
The general requirements for application approval are as follows:

Gross household income which equals or exceeds three times the rent amount

Excellent credit with no late payments or collections.

Excellent rental history.
-
No criminal history within the previous seven (7) years.

No evictions within the previous three (3) years.
If you are seeking to rent with the assistance of an income-based housing subsidy, the following information will be considered when screening your application:

Rental history after the applicant first received their income-based housing subsidy.

Credit history after the applicant first received their income-based housing subsidy.

Previous seven (7) years of criminal history after the applicant first received their income-based housing subsidy.

Previous three (3) years of eviction history after the applicant first received their income-based housing subsidy.
