Our rental qualifications are:  

$35 application fee for anyone 18 years and older. 

We like to see credit score of 675 or above. 

Good standing with your current landlord is encouraged.

We base our considerations off of Liens, Evictions, Judgments, Bill Collections and Criminal History.   

We like to see that your monthly income as 3 times the monthly rental rate.
