The strength of your application is based on 4 different factors.

1. Income

2. Residential History 

3. Credit History

4. Background

We do not just focus on any specific factor but look for the best average of all four. 

Please attach any proof of income (paystubs, bank statments, benefit statments, etc). Your application is not complete without proof of income.

Please also list contact information for your current landlord. Your application is not complete without current landlord info.

All occupants 18 years or older must apply and pay the application fee of $45.

Co signors are also welcome, but must also apply, paying the application fee of $45 and must also include proof of income to their applicaiton.
