APPLICATION CRITERIA

Thank you for applying to rent with Centermac Property Management. Please complete the rental application below. We can start to evaluate your information as soon as we receive it.  Please note the following:

  • A separate application is required for each adult co-occupant of the property (and your cosigner/guarantor, if any).
  • There is a non-refundable $30 application fee required to process each application. This can be paid by credit card as part of this online application process.
  • Each applicant must use a unique email address.

Terms and conditions

By submitting this application, I understand that this is a routine application to establish credit, character, employment, and rental history. I also understand that this is NOT an agreement to rent and that all applications must be approved before proceeding to a formal lease or rental agreement. I authorize the verification of references given and agree to sign a release authorization if my listed references require such authorization.  I declare that the statements above are true and correct, and I agree that the landlord may terminate my agreement entered into in reliance on any misstatement made above.

I further understand that:

  1. There is a non-refundable $30 application fee to cover the time and expenses required to process my application. This fee will be charged whether or not my application is approved;
  2. Incomplete applications are grounds for application denial;
  3. If my application is received after or near the time another applicant has been approved but no formal lease or rental agreement has been entered into, my application may be processed as a backup applicant should the initially approved applicant fail to enter into a formal rental or lease agreement; and
  4. Entering incorrect application fee payment information will prevent the application fee from being charged and prevent my application from being processed.

By submitting this application I am giving Centermac Property Management permission to run a background check on myself and any cosigners.
