To Qualify as an Applicant, you must meet the following requirements (College Students, see the bottom):

• Proof of monthly income: 2.5x the monthly rental rate
• Minimum credit score of 650
• Positive rental history
• No past evictions

**College students and others that do not meet the income + credit requirements: You must apply with a co-signer. Your co-signer's full contact information must be included on your application and they may be asked to apply as well.
