1. Please read the general requirements for tenancy here. Application fees are non-refundable and we are not responsible if an unqualified applicant does not read and meet these requirements before applying.

2. In addition to the completing an application at gopmr.com/app, applicants must submit the following to info@razahomes.com: 

- 2 Months proof of income for each applicant

- Everyone who will be on the lease will need to sign the consumer notice at the top of the application. Send one consumer notice with all signatures to info@razahomes.com

- Send a copy of ID, front and back, for each applicant to info@razahomes.com. 

Please make sure everyone, including consignors, are all on one application. You will also pay your application fee online.
