• Proof of GROSS income 3x monthly rent (including rental subsidies, child support). If you receive assistance, you only need to make 3x the portion you pay. Proof of rental assistance also required.
• Does not smoke inside
• Can provide landlord reference
• Will consent to credit/background check
• No criminal convictions related to: theft, intentional arm to individual, or intentional harm to property
• Can demonstrate history of repaying debts and explain any payment issues/attempts to resolve

By completing this form, you certify that the answers given in this application are true and correct to the best of your knowledge. Any false answers or statements made will be sufficient grounds for eviction and loss of security deposit.
