Factors we look for in our application process:

• Favorable credit history (credit score of at least 600, minimal charge offs/accounts in collections)
• No bankruptcy
• Income that is 3x the rent
• Ability to pass a criminal background screening
• Good rental history (no evictions or outstanding balances to prior landlords)
• Ability to move in within 30 days
