Highly qualified applicants will have:

• A gross verifiable income of three (3) times the rent amount OR have a housing voucher for the number of bedrooms in the unit
• A credit score of 700 or above
• No evictions within the past five (5) years
• No criminal infractions in the past five (5) years

Applicants using housing vouchers must have a current voucher (not expired or on waiting list).

All applications will be considered no matter the income, credit score, eviction history or criminal history. Co-signer and/or additional deposit may be required for approval.
