Below are our minimum rental requirements:

• Credit score: 550 or higher

• Monthly income: at least 2.5x the monthly rent

• No prior evictions

• No collections from utility companies

• No violent felonies

• No non-violent felonies within the past 5 years

• Pets: 2 maximum ($25/month per pet + $250 deposit per pet)

• All occupants 18 and older must complete a separate application

• Application fee: $55 per person
