Application Requirements

All applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered for residency:

• Minimum Credit Score: 600
• Income Requirement: Minimum of 3 times the monthly rent
• Rental History: Positive landlord reference required
• Security Deposit : 1x Base rent
• Renter’s Insurance: Must be obtained prior to move-in

Applicants who do not meet all of the above requirements may be eligible with a guarantor, subject to approval.
