We strive to approve applications as quickly as possible. We do our best to provide you with an answer within 24–48 hours of receiving your information. You can help us speed up this process by providing complete and accurate information. 

Please note that you MUST fill out and sign the authorization to release information on the online application to be fully processed. *There is an Application Fee of $30.00 per person. Every person 18 and over residing in the home must submit a complete application.*

By signing this document you are acknowledging our application fee is non-refundable. Please note all of our homes may be accepted by the first acceptable applicant.

Each applicant will need to provide:

- A copy of your valid driver's license, or valid photo ID
- Proof of your income; copy of your pay stub, child support determination, SSD or SSI determination letters, etc.

If one of your addresses was with family or friends, please list the family member or friend's name where it asks for the Landlord for that particular address.
