APPLICATION CRITERIA
The combined gross income of the household must meet or exceed three times the monthly rent and be verifiable with two of your most current pay stubs if you work for an employer. If you are self-employed last year’s tax returns with three months of most current bank statements. W nines and 1099s are also accepted.
No evictions within the last three years.
Good previous landlord references.
No serious criminal background history.
No bank bankruptcy unless discharged.
Must be able to move within 30 days of applying or sooner.
