- Minimum resident credit score of 620
- Minimum income of 3x rent
- No collections, judgements or liens regarding unpaid rent or utilities
- BEHAVIORAL QUALIFICATION: We reserve the right to decline any applicant who, at any point during the application process or before, exhibits behavior that is evasive, inconsistent, abusive, harassing, or combative toward agent and/or lessor or whose behavior gives agent and/or lessor cause to believe that applicant cannot or will not comply with a proffered rental agreement or follow the expected rules of tenancy.
