APPLICATION CRITERIA

Disclosure 

  • All our managed homes are non-smoking. 
  • PROMAX represents the Landlord.
  • Maximum of 2 unrelated adults. 

Qualification to rent one of our homes is based on 3 objective criteria:

      ·         Good credit history/scores (min 675).

      ·         Good landlord reference, if applicable.

      ·      Employment/income. Rent x 36= i.e. if the rent is $2,500 x 36= 90k (Minimum Annual Income Requirements) some variables depend on credit/debt.
