To complete this rental application, you must be prepared to provide 3 years of residential history as well as contact information for your rental references. You will also be asked to provide information on your monthly income, and please note that most properties require that applicant combined gross income is at least three (3) times the monthly rent amount.
 

Application Processing, Lease Preparation Terms, and Fees: There is a required $30, non-refundable electronic application fee per adult applicant (18+ age). Each resident over the age of 18 must submit a separate rental application. This must accompany the completed application. Incomplete applications or applications submitted without the proper application fee(s) will not be considered and will not be refunded. For properties that allow pets, separate policies and fees may apply. All initial move-in funds (e.g., deposits, rent, fees) must be paid prior to moving in.

Renters Insurance Policy: The Landlord requires Tenant to obtain liability coverage of at least $100,000 in property damage and legal liability from an A-rated carrier and to maintain such coverage throughout the entire term of the lease agreement. Tenant is required to furnish Landlord evidence of the required insurance prior to occupancy, at the time of each lease renewal period, and upon request. RPM Evertrust reserves the right to have a forced placed tenant liability insurance placed for those not in compliance and tenant will be subject to prevailing premiums and administrative charges.

Occupancy Standard: The maximum occupancy for our properties is two (2) persons per bedroom. RPM also prohibits renting to more than two (2) unrelated adults.

PETSCREENING IS A REQUIRED PART OF THE APPLICATION PROCESS FOR ALL APPLICANTS:
A welcoming environment is paramount to all of our residents with or without pets as well as animals. To help ensure ALL of our residents understand our pet and animal-related policies, we use a third-party screening service and require EVERYONE with a pet or animal to complete a profile. This process ensures we have formalized pet and animal-related policy acknowledgments and more accurate records to create greater mutual accountability.
