All adults 18 years or older must apply
Combined household income 3x the rental amount
A minimum credit score of 620 per applicant
No previous evictions or final judgments
Renters Insurance Required
$75 non-refundable application fee per adult
No felonies in the past 10 years
No outstanding balances to previous rentals
Pets: Studio units - 1 pet max, 50 lbs max, no breed restrictions. All other units - 2 pets max, no breed or weight restrictions.
