1. All applicants must have a combined household minimum average credit score of at least 550
2. The household must make at least 3x the monthly rental rate (please note that this income must be verifiable)
3. No evictions within the past 4 years (if you have an eviction within the past 4 years that was dismissed, your application will be considered)
4. No landlord debt
5. No felonies within the last 7 years
6. We will run a background check
7. We will also perform a rental history verification
