Income - 3 times the monthly rent minimum

Credit - Acceptable Credit Score and payment History

Rental - No Evictions and No Property Debt, Satisfactory rental history for 2 year period

Criminal - Will review criminal history and background - No Violent Felonies or Sex Offenders

Pets - Pets are subject to Breed/Size/Age restrictions by Property/Owner and Tenant Liability Insurance is required - ask for more info
