Currently we have a Studio, 1 bathroom garden residence. This unit has been upgraded with brand new appliances, counter tops, luxury flooring, and was just freshly painted! We welcome residents with pets.

The Palms boasts 24-hour management and online maintenance portal online rent payment, and plenty of free off-street parking.

There is a $99 fee for electric, $60 water and sewer, and trash pick-up.

The community is located close to shopping, beaches, downtown Bradenton, downtown Sarasota, Siesta key, The Ringling museum, schools and so much more!
