Senior Residence at Kapolei, an 80-unit affordable senior housing community, was developed and built in two phases. Located at 91-1034 and 91-1098 Namahoe Street in Kapolei, Hawaii, the garden-style community is for seniors 62 years and over earning no more than 30% or 50% of AMI. Residents pay no more than 30% of AMI towards rent. The seventeen buildings in the development are disbursed throughout the nearly four-and-a-half-acre site, allowing ample landscaped open spaces and walking paths for seniors to enjoy.

To qualify for residency, applicants must be 62 years and over, earning no more than 30% or 50% of AMI.
