- Evictions within the past two (2) calendar years and/or outstanding balances owed to prior landlords may result in application denial.
- All applicants are subject to background screening in accordance with federal, state, and local fair housing laws. Certain criminal history may result in denial.
- If income or credit requirements are not met, a qualified co-signer may be required for approval.
