Looking for a roommate to share a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom 744 square ft apartment. Located 10 minutes by bus to SLU in a safe and quiet part of Seattle. Bus stop is a minute walk away from the apartment. Apartment already has internet, TV, sofa, fridge, microwave, washer and dryer, plenty of cooking utensils, etc. Bedroom will be unfurnished (the pictures below are what it looks like with furniture) but has a closet. Rent is $1225 a month plus on average $70~$80 a month for utilities.

My name is Warren, a 23-year old male software engineer. At home I'm generally quiet (or if I do something loud I do it when you're not at home). I enjoy cooking, hiking, gaming, soccer, and photography. I basically never invite anyone over to the apartment, but I don't mind if you do as long as you tell me ahead of time.
