You must show proof that you make at least 3 times the monthly rental amount, plus any monthly reoccurring debt. We do not go by specific credit scores but overall credit history. Recent eviction filings within the last 3 years, bankruptcy, owing another community, high level of debt, and some criminal records typically result in a denial.
