This renovated 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit features easy-to-maintain ceramic tile flooring throughout. The kitchen includes a refrigerator and stove, along with ample cabinet space for storage. Central AC ensures the home stays cool and comfortable on warm, sunny days. The resident is responsible for all utilities, lawn care is included in the rent. Security Deposit in the amount of $1,000 is required prior to moving in. Pets are welcome, breed restrictions may apply. Application fee $50 per person 18 and over. Lease Term: 12 months.

If your application is approved, we require the lease to be signed and the security deposit to be dropped off to our Riverside office in the form of a cashier’s check or money order within 48 hours. There is also a one-time $100 lease administration fee due at move-in. This fee is not based on the number of applicants.
