This studio is available mid May for move in. Rent is $1025 a month with a separate utility charge of $100 that Includes water, sewage, trash, gas and High-Speed Wireless Internet. Electric paid separately. The application fee is $45 per person with the deposit of $400 pending approval. The deposit subject to change pending results of background check.

We are PET FRIENDLY! There is a One-time Pet Fee $150 for Dog with $40 Pet Rent (one dog up to 50lbs okay.) There is a One-time Pet Fee $100 for Cats with pet rent of $30 per cat (up to two cats okay.)
