Rent is $1250 and utilities are $100 which includes water, sewage, and gas. The application fee is $45 per person with the deposit being $400 pending approval. The deposit is subject to change pending results of the background check.

We are PET FRIENDLY! There is a one-time pet fee of $100 with a $30 per month cat rent. Up to two cats is ok. There is a one-time pet fee of $150 for dogs with a $50 per month dog rent.

To qualify with us here at RIO you must make twice the amount of rent per month, have good established credit (min 2 open lines of credit in good standings), no collections, no Rental Debt, no Evictions, and have a clean background check. We do not approve applicants by credit score. All applications are put into a specific algorithm that take all qualifications into account.
