This courtyard style apartment community features open-air direct access to each individual unit. This corner apartment is a little larger than the others in the building and features an open layout in which the eat-in kitchen overlooks the living room. This home has ample space for a dining table as well your living room furniture. For your convenience, a gas stove, refrigerator and garbage disposal are all included.

The calming neutral color palette continues in to the large bedroom that has ample space for a bed of any size, including a king, bedside tables and full sized dresser. This apartment has no shortage of storage space either! Besides the coat closet at the front door, the bedroom has a spacious closet with sliding, plus two built-in linen cabinets and a large bathroom vanity. If you'd like to rent a separate work space we also have a studio apartment in the building that is not permitted for sleeping quarters but it can be leased as a multi-purposed office to meet your needs. This can not be leased on it's own but it is an optional add-on. Inquire for more details if you are interested.

Shared coin-operated laundry is available on-site! One assigned parking space is INCLUDED. Minimum one year lease. Owner pays for water, sewer, trash AND gas! Tenant only pays for electric and optional services such as cable and internet. Pets will be considered with an additional deposit, however, no aggressive breed dogs will be accepted. First months rent plus one month security deposit and any applicable pet deposits will be due at lease signing within 48 hours of an approval. There is no risk to apply and the $30 application and credit check fee is not due until the owner has confirmed your basic qualifications and has chosen your application to proceed with. Application processing can take 1-2 days depending on how quickly your references get back to us.
