All interested parties looking to view the property must be pre qualified. PROPERTY WILL NOT BE SHOWN UNLESS THESE ITEMS ARE COMPLETED AND INDIVIDUAL IS PREQUALIFIED.

Will need to supply a credit score from Kredit Karama or something alike showing 600 credit score within last 30 days. Also apply on www.propertymanagementie.com to show income / residency qualifications. We will not charge an application fee during the pre qual process. Once pre qualified property will be shown. If individual would like to move forward after viewing the home, then application fee. Move in special applied to second months rent.

All occupants 18 years or older must submit an application and pay a $35.00 screening fee, no exceptions. There must be NO evictions or judgments on any applicants credit report. Combined gross income of all applicants must be no less than 2.5 times the monthly rent. Credit score minimum of 600. Must be able to verify employment and rental history for the last two years. We will need a copy of each applicant's ID, Social Security card and 2 recent months of paycheck stubs or proof of income.
