Our buildings have coin op laundry and off street parking. The landlord pays for water, hot water, sewer and trash removal. You as the tenant would be responsible for your rent plus electric. The apartments are electric for heat, AC, lights and appliances. They come with a stove and refrigerator as well as AC units. They are not furnished. I do not have an estimated monthly charge-for the electric- your bills are based on your usage- Duquesne Light is the provider and they can give you an average based on the previous tenant’s usage. The application process includes a $20.00 fee per applicant, completed applications, copy of a photo id and written proof of income. A credit and criminal back ground check is performed. Each applicant’s gross income before taxes must be at least 3.5 times the rental amount monthly. Renters insurance is required. If necessary a co- signer may be required. No Pets and No Smoking.
