-Total gross monthly household income must be 3x the market rent. Must be able to prove with either two months of most recent paystubs or most recent year's tax returns if self employed.
-Must be able to provide a government issued ID when filling out application

How to Apply:

-Click on Rental Search on the top right
-Scroll down to the listing you want to apply for.
-Click on the apply tab in the lower right corner of that listing.
-You will then be redirected to a page with all of our listings.
-Scroll to the listing you want to apply for and click apply now
-Select if you are a tenant or co-signer.
-Click "Get Started".
-Before you finalize your application, it will give you an option to write in who you are applying with & what you are applying for.
-Each adult (anyone 18+ y.o) living in the unit, regardless of income, fills out an application separately.
-Application filled out for one property can be used for all properties! (Good for 30 days)
-A representative from our admin team will reach out via phone call or email within 72 business hours with the results and to schedule a final showing or lease signing if approved.
