• GUESTS: Tenant is responsible for all actions of their guests. Rooms are single occupancy. Overnight guests are only allowed with prior approval from the Owner.

• CLEANLINESS: Be conscientious and clean up after yourself promptly. The Tenants are responsible for keeping the kitchen, bathrooms, and common areas clean and uncluttered (your mom does not live here ).

• NOISE: Excessive noise should be avoided at all times. “Quiet hours” are 10pm-8am.

• PERISHABLES: The Tenant is responsible for providing for their own perishables, i.e. food, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.

• BURNING: No burning of any kind is permitted, i.e. fires, candles, incense, etc.

• TRASH: Tenants are responsible for proper disposal within indoor and outdoor trash and recycle bins, and ensuring the outdoor bins are at curb for weekly Thursday pick-up.

• MODIFICATIONS: Any modifications must have prior approval from Owner.

• ISSUES: Please notify the Owner immediately of any issues with the property or other Tenants.
